BUILD
A private web app. The user uploads their own exports in the browser. Two tabs. Every row is scored live, and the user can rewrite the classification questions and thresholds inside the app.

INPUT SCHEMA
The file has a preamble of several lines before the header row. Skip to that header. Dates follow one format. Some fields are populated on a small minority of rows. Some are empty.
The second file has its own header. Dates follow a second format. Direction is one of two values. Message is empty on most rows.

UPLOAD
The app opens on an empty state with two labelled upload slots, each with a drop target and a file picker. Under each slot, a three-line reminder of how to export that file.
On drop, identify the file from its header row regardless of filename. Show parsed row count against raw line count and the detected date format.

FIELD CONTRACT
Fields that may be read before enrichment, computed buckets, and forbidden fields.

ICP CONFIG
Company, target roles, geography, company profile, disqualifiers.

DEFAULT QUESTIONS
One request per row, with a choice over the target roles and a small set of escape options.
